Any recipe you might give me?

I got a bunch of redcurrant from a sale at the supermarket and I’ve been using it at breakfast as a topping for porridge or pancakes. But there’s still a lot left, so I’m looking for suggestions!

I was hoping someone in the blogosphere could point me to something they’ve actually cooked before and turned out to be delicious, instead of just googling random recipes.😉
