Composition #1 Horizontal Lines

I’m lucky to have a boyfriend who loves photography too, so yesterday we went for a photo walk not far from the city and found ourselves talking about composition and lines in photography.

I thought it would be a nice theme for this week’s posts.

HORIZONTAL LINES: usually express stability, weight, harmony and serenity. Associated to the horizon they can also suggest distance and openness.

Lens: 35mm – Exposure: 1/2000 – Aperture: f/2.8 – ISO: 200

The photo can be viewed with better resolution here.
